Ladies help

Ok ladies so know the way u can scan your ovulation test in the app to see if it positive or negative I just tried it with a pregnancy test and it saying it it negative but picking up 2 lines don't know what to think.. doc said he will do blood test next week if AF doesn't show ... would you say I'm pregnant or it's negative... currently 2 weeks late
