Did anyone experience implantation bleeding?

The week of thanksgiving I was expecting my Af I had major pms Sunday and also srarted spotting very light pink blood. It was the same for maybe 3-4 days, then on thanksgiving I thought my Af finally started flowing, it was more Brown red and thick but enough to use tampons for 3 days. Nothing real heavy though. Then maybe 5 days after it stopped I started my ovulation testing and it was positive! Thought it was weird and took a pregnancy test, I really don't know y I did to be honest. Just thought my test were all wrong, and sure enough 4 straight + hcg results!. I'm kinda of worried, could that long week of heavy spotting mean I misscarried and I still have the hormone in me?
