So, my husband and I have been working remote and juggling our LO his whole life because of the pandemic. We planned to put him in daycare this fall as both of our employers are eager to have us back in the office at least part time. However we live in an area with very low vaccination rate, lots of anti-vaxxers, and with Delta I'm a nervous wreck. We can continue to do the childcare juggle ourselves but it will be harder with less flexibility from our employers and we're both so burnt out and exhausted by the multitasking that he's never getting our full attention. What would you do?
