CMV + COVID - stillborn baby 37 weeks

I’m researching but not understanding?!?
All I see is STD? So I have an STD? How did I get this?
I had covid 4 weeks ago & delivered my stillborn baby at 37 weeks c section.
My placenta came back with clots and CMV +
