Our son got a Roseola rash that looked like this. Stuck around for a few days. It's very common and usually goes away on its own. Our pediatrician just gave us a printout on it and sent us on our way basically. Definitely worth going in to confirm though.

Thanks mummies. His last vaccination was weeks ago. I didn't change his formula recently so I thought it could be either heat rash or an allergic reaction. But all the things that we used or gave him were as per usual. He didn't had any reaction all these while. And the rashes happened overnight. Thinking to bring him to the doctor tomorrow.

It looks like a heat rash my daughter had a few days ago my doctor told me to put hydrocortisone on it and it went away.

Could be a reaction to a vaccine if your baby got one recently happened to someone’s baby I know a month ago. Could be allergic reaction to something they touched, lotion, laundry detergents, or could be heat rash(they can get pretty bad) either way I’d take to dr!!
