I have not bleed for 3 weeks now since my miscarriage! I had some red spotting this morning . That has to be my period starting right !?

I had the same thing. I don't want to alarm you or anything but my doctor discovered it was because my miscarriage was incomplete. I'd call your doctor's office and let them know.
