What is normal pain after giving birth

I just want to know what pains are normal. I’m 4 days pp and i have bad back pain that hurts when I breathe , stomach still pretty swollen , headache , stomach cramps and pain , and overall just so tired and overwhelmed feeling 😭 is this all normal ?

Postpartum isn’t talked about a lot, but it’s an extremely hard (if not the hardest) stage of pregnancy. Your body is adjusting to the trauma of childbirth and needs to heal inside and out, all while taking care of a tiny human that needs around the clock care. The first few weeks are going to be very difficult. You’re going to feel like you were hit by a truck and have discomfort/soreness, aches/pains, and just feel “off”. It’s normal. Your body went from hosting a baby for 40 weeks/adjusting to its every need and then suddenly within hours snapped back to “normal”. It’s in a state of chaos right now adjusting hormones, rewiring it’s way of working, etc. Try to stay strong and take breaks when you can to relax/heal. You’ll feel better soon, it’ll just take time. Your body and hormones are going crazy right now. Try a heating pad or warm towel on cramps and back pain. The first week was rough for me. I hope you get feeling better soon. If you don't then I'd suggest calling your Ob just to make sure you're okay but it can be normal
