Home Doppler?

I just got my home Doppler in the mail today. Tried finding baby’s heartbeat at 10 weeks 1 day…couldn’t find it…but just had an ultrasound two days ago with a strong heartbeat of 167.
Anyone else tried a home Doppler this early?

Totally normal momma! I know it seems easy watching the doctor find baby but it does take some practice! Don’t get worked up about it! Google some tips for using a Doppler at home and try again in a few days!!❤️❤️

I found mine at 9 weeks it’s lower than you think and can take time to find

I’ve tried a handful of times the last two weeks. I’m currently 10w5d and I have yet to find it 😩

I got mine at 11 weeks. I noticed without the ultrasound gel you can’t really hear anything. But once you have the gel you do have to do some looking.

I picked mine up at 11 weeks and even then, sometimes I couldn’t! Now that I am 12 weeks, I can get it no problem. Be patient mama! You’ll get it!

It’s very very low next to the pubic bone at 10 weeks but also think of it like a flashlight’s beam: small slow movements are best so that you don’t miss any places (there are YouTube’s about this)… u/s gel or aloe both work! (Probably ky jelly would too 🙊)

10 weeks is too early. 11 is when you can
