This is my second baby and I was wondering if any other mamas are doing a home birth?

After my first labor, which was very smooth and in hospital, we’ve decided to go for a home birth. My experience wasn’t necessarily bad but it was pre-covid and without the current hospital restrictions. I also was made to stay in the bed on the monitors the whole time. They didn’t even let me up to use the bathroom! I think they forgot on multiple occasions that I didn’t have an epidural because the doctor even cathed me after delivery.

Anyways. I was wondering if any of you are planning a home birth and if you’ve had one already? The homebirth group is pretty dead so I’ll try my luck here.
