i am 6 weeks and 6 days and i am pretty sure i am miscarrying. i have had heavy cramps and back pain all day and have been bleeding for a little over two hours. this is my first baby and i’m not really sure what to do…i just feel so alone

I was 6 weeks when I started cramping and spotting as well and called my OB. They sent me for labs and ultrasound. Highly recommend that and I hope it gives you peace of mind because there are many reasons you could be bleeding. In my case it is an impending miscarriage but that doesn’t mean it will be for you 🖤

You can go to the er to confirm your miscarriage. When I had mine, my OB advised me to go to the er to confirm and make sure I wasn’t having an ectopic pregnancy.
