TWINS!! How did you no before you had your 12weeks scan that u was pregnant with twins ??

I'm 8+4 weeks an I just have a feeling it maybe twins... I don't no if it's just my mind playing with me...

There is literally no way to know until ultrasound. Sometimes you can suspect multiples based on HCG levels, but that is not a sure-fire way. Ultrasound only. Having a "feeling" can be deceiving,  so be careful not to get too hung up on multiples (if you're hoping for them) in case it's a singleton. If you are henwticly predisposed to multiples or had fertility treatments,  then your chances are slightly higher. Good luck and congratulations!
