What is your LO's wake window before bed?

We stopped tracking wake windows when he switched to 1 nap and went to set sleep times. He usually wakes from his nap between 1:45-3:15 and then goes to sleep somewhere between 7:30-8... So ~5-6 hours wake time I guess. All the poll options? Heh

We don’t track wake windows anymore either. He usually wakes up between 130-230 and then bedtime is usually 7 but could be earlier or later depending on the day and how he’s acting. We don’t watch the window, moreso watch how he’s acting and assess from there!

My son wakes up anywhere from 5:45-7 then naps 11:45/12 until 1:45/3. Bedtime is generally set for 6:45 but if he wakes up super early or takes a short nap then bedtime becomes earlier too. All depends 🤷🏼‍♀️

My daughter has her nap 4 hours after waking. And then that usually means 6 before bed.
Wakes up between 8:30-9 AM
NAP - 4 hours later (usually 12:30-1PM) 
Sleeps 2 hours usually for a nap. 
Bedtime at 9.

We nap on a set scheduled every day so we never track the windows. She wakes up between 7:15am-8:15am, naps from 12:30-2:30/3, bed at 8.
