Sneezing and cramps
Anyone else sneeze and then cramp a little a quickly passes? I think it mostly happens when I’m laying in bed. 8w 1d and scares me!
Also, sometimes when I get out of bed (not putting pressure on my abs or anything) is this normal? 😧
