Should I contact my doctor?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and I am scared. I went to the bathroom tonight and wiped and found this. There wasn’t anymore when I wiped again but there was a tiny amount on my underwear. Is this normal or something to worry about?

Same happened at about week 6 during my first pregnancy...except blood was bright red...everything was normal

Could be from implantation . I’ve been spotting since 3w 5d and my dr says it could be implantation still. My baby is 8w 5d with a heart rate of 169- I’m still spotting! But remaining hopeful. Good luck!

Any bleeding in pregnancy is not normal. But bleeding in the first trimester is very common and doesn't always mean the worst case scenario.
Contact your doctor and let them know. They will tell you what to do, whether its a watch and wait, or they need you to go in and be seen
