Cramping and bleeding AGAIN 😭 - update

I just started bleeding and cramping again. I had an ultrasound on Tuesday that was reassuring. But now I’m worried again. Why does this keep happening?

I’m going in for another HCG check now…

Update:

I went in for an HCG check. It went up to >40k and my progesterone has shot up to 45 as well. The nurse said everything is still fine and still progressing well. She still thinks a hematoma might be forming. She has had patients who bled through the whole first trimester and their pregnancies were still were fine...

Next ultrasound is still on Thursday but if the bleeding picks up again, then they'll do it earlier.

It's just so scary to see the bleeding. Like a fresh stab of fear every time even though I know it's been going on all morning!
