Spotting after BFP

I found out this week that I am pregnant, but I’m only about 4 weeks (based off of my last period). Today is my expected period day, and I started seeing this… so far, it’s hasn’t gotten any heavier, and I don’t really have any cramps today. I did have some yesterday, but not awful. What are your honest thoughts??
