Little lumps in boobs ? Breastfeeding

So I’m breastfeeding my week old baby and my boobs have gotten huge the past few days. I breastfeed every 1-2 hours and they are still having me supplement with an ounce of formula every feeding because he lost so much weight within 24 hours of being born. Hopefully by the 2 week mark we can only breastfeed if he is gaining enough they said.

Anyways I feel like he never fully empties them and now I woke up with little bumps in my boobs ?
