Mittelschmerz (ovulation pain)

I started experiencing pain in my lower right side near my ovary like I pretty much always does every month around ovulation. However. It started 4 days before my peak ovulation say (per calendar) I’m also experiencing some groin pain on the right side as well. I went to my dr, he didn’t think it was my appendix (I just wanted to ask since it happened so early) but it’s just weird to me that this has lasted 4 days? No UTI though I do feel the urge to pee more, and as if my vagina area feels irritated, negative pregnancy test.

Does your ovulation pain usually last a few days? It’s giving my so much anxiety.
