Can someone educate me a little bit
Ok so BBT is new to me and I'm kind of lost on how to read if I have ovulated. Is the temp dip when ovulation occurs or should I be looking for temp rises after dip and if Temps continues to rise? How many raising consecutive temperature rises should I be counting before I confirm that I did in fact ovulate.
