Daysy ovulation thermometer - natural birth control?

Je

Hello lovelies ☺️

Recently I came across the daysy thermometer that calculates your most fertile days of your cycle. I’m curious if anyone has effectively used this as a natural birth control? I’m super sensitive to the pill (makes me very sick and major mood swings), I’m nervous to use IUDs and my doctor said because of my frequent migraines she doesn’t want to put me on anything that has estrogen because it could make it worse for me. I’ve been on mini pills that is just progesterone but it’s not as effect, I’ve gotten pregnant while using it. So I started looking into the daysy thermometer but can’t justify the price. If anyone has any recommendations on what I can do as a natural birth control method, or suggestions of birth control that won’t mess with my body I’d greatly appreciate it ❤️ I currently bought a regular basal thermometer to accurately calculate my ovulation but if there are any further steps I can take I’d like to know. TIA!

Side note: I do use condoms as a contraceptive, I’m asking this for incase an accident happens. I know plan B exists I’ve used it before. The more you know about your cycle the better for preventing pregnancy, that’s all. This app isn’t accurate with my ovulation I’ve noticed.
