I'm 20 weeks and have vaginal discomfort,

I've noticed it since a week ago. I've called my doctor and have an appointment on Monday to see what it might be causing it. The nurse told me it could be baby putting pressure but idk I feel like it's not her and my stomach isn't to big. Have any of you ladies had this issue and what has helped you.

I've tried pads with tucks it helps but just for a few minutes I just feel sore down there . I also wanted to mention that I don't walk to much were it's that causing it.
