C Section Recovery
I just had my baby girl Thursday 8/19 via C section (2nd baby but first C Section)
What are your best tips healing from a C section?
I keep hearing to walk as much as possible. I got a belly binder from the hospital.
I think most of my pain is from this hospital bed because my back is killing me. Kind of like period cramps and just really tense. Any advice on how to sleep comfortably when I go home?
