Confused

So I took my nexaplon out two months and 6 days ago. I wanted the month before we started trying. I had a normal period. Then I had 3 days of what I assumed was implantation bleeding(very light pink spotting). I was due for my period the 18th. I'm now 3 days late. Still testing negative..

I'm confused...... Am I pregnant, am I just late. Do I Waite and test again. Do I go to the doctor
