Breakfast ideas for 8 month old???

Question

My son has a huge egg allergy. But he can eat foods that have a bit of egg of in it like bread. Can I feed him things like pancake (sliced BLW style) waffles, etc?? I’m a first time mom and I’m just so confused. Can I start giving him regular breakfast foods that I eat?? I see some moms giving their babies store bought blueberry muffins. Is that okay?

Yep! I like to put fruit in our pancakes.
You can do all sorts of foods at this age. My guy doesn't like eggs it seems so we do pancakes, yogurt parfaits, pb toast, oatmeal, fruits, etc.

We make banana pancakes. 1 banana, 1 egg, cinnamon and pinch of chia seeds.

You can also do tofu scramble, similar too egg texture, my daughter loved it. I season it with turmeric,garlic powder,onion powder(lightly) I started that around 8/9 months old I believe. But if you look up tofu scramble recipe theres a bunch!

I did frozen pancakes, heat up up of course. It was easy. Toast with nut butter too
