Pains and cramps in uterus?

Since maybe 3 months i have been experiencing some sudden sharp pains or some weird bowel like movements at the place of my uterus or ovaries. I'm 19 and a BIG hypochondriac so i'm already thinking about cysts or std's from my ex. I'm also very scared to get it checked out if it's needed because of my anxiety. My mom has been told she may have Endrometriosis some time ago because of her heavy menstruations and pains after her several miscarriages. I'm of course afraid that i'll have a possibility of having it too. I also thought maybe the hormones of my pill affects it or my ibs. Anyone knows anything? I'm freaking out a bit.

Extra info: the doctor did feel my stomach some months ago and didn't feel anything weird. So is it possible its just more ibs symptoms?
