Weight fluctuations

I’m on my weight loss journey but I’m struggling

The inches are going down and I’m noticing a difference when I take progress pictures but my weight is fluctuating between 201-203lbs. I can’t get out of the 200’s even though I’m seeing progress elsewhere

Do I need to be doing more??

Or will the weight eventually catch up with my sizing??
