I don’t see how it can be a waste of money. People probably spend over 50% of their existence at home, why not enjoy the environment? I adore decorating and only wish I had more of a budget to do so!

Neither or… I decorate when it needs doing. If it needs doing its not a waste but I definitely don’t enjoy doing it, i find painting walls very tiresome.
