My ex is behind over $4,000 in child support (supposedly he's in jail now for it) but I was just wondering since he has yet to pay a penny, hasn't even seen or asked about my son since very early 2014, I'm torn on what to do. Cancel child support and just try to remove all his rights and have my husband who my son looks at and calls his daddy adopt him or have him pay what my son deserves?
