BV or Normal?

I’ve been treated twice in the last 4 months for BV and yeast infection, the second time a more extensive panel to know what type they were. I was also negative for all other STIs. I finished those antibiotics about a month ago. My hubby and I have not been super active BDing. I’m pretty sure I ovulated yesterday because of all the EWCM I’ve had and cramping. My BV and yeast infections, I never had symptoms and my doc told me last time I don’t need to keep going in whenever my discharge seems a little weird. I’m super paranoid now. I’ve had 2 miscarriages and an ectopic that made me lose a tube. I just want my uterus to work normally 😭😭 any help would be great.
