Two Ovidrel shots in one cycle?

Has anyone had this before?

I'm on my first cycle of Letrozole, yesterday had an transvaginal ultrasound and showed a 23mm Follicle, the other ones were small so DR didn't measured them, she prescribed me 2 shots of Ovidrel 250mcg ea. They told me to take both last night at 10pm, so that's exactly what I did.... I didn't asked why I was getting two shots instead of just one? Because that's what I have read, most women only gets one... I have PCOS I don't know if that's something has to do with it?.... Thanks!
