Before my boyfriend and I met, he was really into this girl he’s friends with. I’ll call her ‘A’. He asked her out but she turned him down. They’re still friends today. A is currently dating my boyfriend’s best friend and my boyfriend says he loves me very much. He brought up his past with A really casually so I tried to brush off any jealousy.

But recently because of covid, I haven’t been able to leave the house and spend time with him. I tell him to go hang out with his friends, which include A, and he does. I know that my boyfriend loves me but I can’t help but feel jealous and it’s really making me feel bad. I don’t wanna feel like this. What can I do to stop my jealousy?
