Why let it get to the point of both being naked If sex isn’t what you wanted? I don’t see it as rape, that’s a very strong accusation. If he forced himself on you, pinned you down and forcefully made it happen, then yes absolutely rape, but fooling around naked and grinding can possibly lead to penis actually sliding in unintentionally. Did he continue thrusting or it just went in and out? I feel Iike there is more detail needed. Before commenters come at me, yes, no means no, but grinding naked can actually lead to it just sliding in just like (wrong hole) happens accidentally.

It depends on the rest of the circumstances. If you were grinding on top of each other and it accidentally slipped in which can happen it was just an accident not rape. If he ignored you saying no grabbed his dick and put it in anyway that's rape. How did he act after it entered? Did he keep going or immediately take it out and apologize?
