Left side aching - 3.5 weeks pregnant

Has anyone had left sided aching? My left side aches on and off a lot. I have gotten positive pregnancy tests and I am worried it’s ectopic in one of my tubes. Anyone experience this and it wasn’t ectopic? I went in for an ultrasound but they can’t see anything yet. Ugh.
