Help!

Is anyone else’s toddler refusing night time sleep? We have turned her bed into toddler bed and she comes right out. She was sleeping fine for about a month without coming out of the bed now she’s coming out and refusing to go back in bed. It takes me almost 3 hours to put her to sleep. She’s supposed to sleep by 8 and she’s not sleeping until 11. I feel like I have tried everything. I’m currently letting her cry it out for a little idk what else to do.
