OB liver concerns
Has anyone been referred to a GI Specialist during pregnancy? My labs in January(before starting metformin) showed my LFT was elevated. He expressed concern regarding those during my 12 week appointment, because it puts me at a high risk for preeclampsia. They’re still elevated and I’m being referred, but can’t get in until October 1st. My nerves are shot, hopefully the distraction of my school year starting tomorrow will help some. 😕
