School drop off/pickup advice?!

I have a 8 yr old that goes to school and usually my hubby would stay with my 4 month old and toddler when I go pick her up but now he has a new job so I’m going to be alone all week, usually pick up is soooo long I know my 4 month old is going to freak out being so much in the car… 😆 any tips ?

Ugh I’m sorry.. my little guy doesn’t like being in the car that long either unless it’s moving. When we stop he starts to get frustrated.. usually if I leave around 230 I can be out of carline by 250. If I wanted to be one of the first cars I’d have to get in line at like 130 and I’m not sitting for over an hour..

Is there a place farther away that you can maybe park and then walk to do the pick up so you’re not in the car? My sister used to babywear her daughter when she was picking up her older kids. She liked the extra exercise as well!
