My husband lives on his phones he’s always watching videos on you tube non work related. Instead of family time for instance I was playing Uno with my boys today and asked him to join us he flat out said “No” so I carried on to spend time with my kids. It’s bedtime, I’m cleaning up he’s still on his phone watching videos, and it’s on loud so I know what he’s watching not like it’s porno or something questionable. We lay in bed together and yet he’s STILL on his damn phone. I’m not sure how else to ask to be noticed and spend quality time because every time I do I get shut down or it becomes and intense argument because he then thinks I’m “controlling him or nagging him”
