How much should my 1 month old be eating?

He was eating 3 oz every 3 hours, now he seems like he wants more. I started giving him 4 oz and now he wants to eat every hour which seems like it’s too much to me.

My 7 week old eats 5 oz every 3 hours during the day then cluster feeds right before 9pm and will sleep til 5am. Pediatrician just said to make sure he’s getting about 30oz everyday and not to be concerned. The babies know what they want and don’t be afraid to increase formula if it seems like they want more.

Thats what happened to me too! I don't know whats going on or how much to feed my baby either. She seems to throw up when we feed her every hour.
