Clean eating like fruits and veggies
Hot water. Literally. Like while youre in the shower or something. It helps with the swollen-ness

My mom cleaned up her diet a lot and used cream to make it go away. Any time she gets one she has to stop drinking alcohol (in fact no longer drinks because they cause them) and eat less dairy and cleaner.
