Confused!!!!

I had my period about 2 weeks ago. I was spotting yesterday, just saw blood when I wiped but this morning it’s like I am on my period AGAIN???? This has never happen before. I got my tubes tied back in June. Anyone ever experienced anything like this??? What does this mean????
