Do you do something special at pre-school when is your kids birthday?

I am completely clueless about what to do on my sons birthday since it is on a Monday and he will be at school. Do you send something special to school? Like cake or cupcakes? What’s the most common thing? Thank you for the help mamas!

Parents did cupcakes or even Dunkin Munchkins, but definitely as the teacher, dont be shy

My recommendation from when I worked as a preschool program leader. Send cookies or maybe a cookie cake. Cupcakes are the worse when they are that age cleanup wise. Before you know it you icing everywhere and some color stain clothes. My kids already loved having cookie and Capri suns

Cupcakes or a treat that’s individually packaged to make it easy for the teacher(s). The teachers at the daycare my kids go to wear gloves and serve each of the kids like they would with lunch. With a bunch of kids running around, cutting a cake is more difficult.

My daughter isn't old enough yet for school. But when I was a kid parents would bring in cupcakes or goodie bags with candy or something. Nothing too big. I'm not sure if schools still allow this so I would double check with the school and make sure to ask about food allergies. I kind of dread the day my girl goes to school because she has an egg allergy and many baked goods have egg in them

I clicked “no” but I am in between. That is because my son’s birthday is in August. And his preschool runs with the same schedule as the public schools in my district. I would if his birthday was during the school year though and if his teacher said it was okay. 
As for my daughter, she is home with me for now. But when she starts preschool, I will, since her birthday is during the school year. 😃
