Idk what’s wrong.

So my fiancé and I had intercourse 14 days prior to when I started spotting, but it was only for two days. And I had my period, but it was shorter. Like 5 instead of 7. The spotting happened on the 11th of august. My period was the 1st through the 15. And then ovulation was like 5 days later. I keep thinking it’s just ovulation. The spotting was super light pink, and only a few times when I wiped. But my mood swings have been insanely high, my sex drive is randomly high. And I keep throwing up in the afternoon or at night. Sometimes after I eat. Like instantly. So I figured it’s something worse, but the urgent care doctor just told me that everything was normal and everything came back negative. Even blood work. So I’m so confused on what’s going on. Has anyone else experienced this even with a period? AF is due in a week and a half…
