I’m about 6 weeks according to LMP, but I went to the ER today for my gallbladder (suspected issue with it, anyway) and they checked me out for ectopic pregnancy as well. Doctor told me there was no fetal pole in the ultrasound and I’m measuring around 5w4. He said he would bet this one ends in miscarriage and then proceeded to tell me he knew how I felt because he and his wife have dealt with this same thing and they’re in their 40s with no children. Super comforting! 🙄 Has anyone had the same situation happen and had it all work out? We’re devastated.
