Chunky trying to get healthy
I'm 5'7 240lbs we've been ttc for two years with no luck. We both were heavy weed smokers but recently stopped in hopes to help our chances of conceiving a healthy baby. I just bought red organic maca I'm not sure the best way to drink it. Are there any big ladies out there who have healthy meal tips as well as exercise experience? I'd appreciate any help thanks ladies
