Linea nigra never been pregnant

Has anyone on here had a linea nigra before you were pregnant with your first child? I read that this line usually appears on pregnant melanated women due to pregnancy hormones. I am certainly not pregnant and have noticed this line on my stomach a couple of months ago! I will be checking with an endocrinologist, but I am just curious to know if you ladies have had this without experiencing pregnancy?

I’m concerned that this could indicate an issue with my hormone levels.
