Question when taking Geritol can I take it at 5pm??

Well I still be able to go to sleep on time meaning 10pm I wanted to take it this morning but omg it stinks

I take it every night (for about 2 or 3 weeks now). I was hesitant too to take at night since it says something about supporting energy in the bottle. I haven't noticed it bothers my sleep at all and I'm very sensitive to caffeine. Also, keep it from your tongue as much as you can and brush right after. That helps with the taste. You'll get used to it in no time. Good luck!
