Dry scalp - help!

Hi, since falling pregnant I have had a ridiculous dry scalp situation and can not find any cure of relief - to the point it keeps me up at night itching! Once falling pregnant my hormones definitely flipped on me! Any suggestions?

I don’t know if your scalp is flaky or not, but I recommend using an exfoliating brush on your scalp in the shower and find a ￼￼nourishing mask to leave on your scalp in the shower, I would leave it in my hair while I wash/shave the rest of my body, then rinse it out my hair after. You can use nourishing oils and massage it all over your scalp for a few minutes before your shower as well. I hope this helps, and gives you some relief!
