When does spotting usually occur after conception?

Is it within a week? Two weeks?  This is potentially my first pregnancy. I felt cramping yesterday. Supposed to start period on Between the 25th and 29th. Far too early for a pregnancy test. Any advice greatly appreciated!!

My doc also wants me to get blood work done but insists this specific blood work can cause miscarriage. I have one dr saying no and one saying yes so I'm very confused. It's a coagable blood work to make sure I don't have MS. I'm not willing to risk it. I've already gone through all the other testing and its proven no MS and that I have narcolepsy. So confused:(

It's most common a few days to a week later, if ever. Implantation bleeding it just light pink and very low volume. It doesn't always happen. I'm 5 and a half weeks and never got it.

I'm getting the same issue. This is the first week of ttc and I finished my period last Thursday but I'm already spotting. I don't think mine is pregnancy as I'm assuming it doesn't show the next day!
