I’ve been trying to get pregnant with my 3rd for 4 cycles now without any luck. This is a new experience for me, as my first two I got pregnant right away. I have slightly irregular cycles so it’s hard to predict when I may be ovulating based off of days. I’ve been trying to track my bbt this month but it is all over the place. My oldest child tends to wake up in the night, so I think that may be messing with my temperature?

This is this cycle so far.

Since I’ve been having ewcm the past couple days, I bought some clear blue ovulation tests last night. I took one this morning, and I think it’s positive.

Does this mean I have a good chance to get pregnant this cycle even though my bbt is everywhere? Any advice on what to do if this cycle doesn’t pan out? My mom thinks I should see an obgyn if I don’t get pregnant this cycle, since I didn’t have any issues before and now I do. She feels like that’s not normal and I shouldn’t wait to get seen. I worry that if I go the doctor will just tell me to keep trying and see them after a year.
