Which day would be cd1?
So last month my period was due for 8/3. I started spotting 8/1. It was a couple drops of blood mid day and then nothing. 8/2 was the same. I woke up with spotting that lasted maybe an hour and then stopped. 8/3 was also the same. On 8/4 I started bleeding my normal first day heavy amount.
Is spotting considered the first day of your period or would it be the day I had a real consistent flow?
